EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Debbi Siegel is a dynamic leader and lifelong advocate for neurodiverse individuals, drawing deeply from personal experience and professional expertise. Growing up with a brother who had severe developmental disabilities, navigating her own journey with ADHD, and supporting other family members with learning differences, Debbi developed an early, profound understanding of the unique strengths and challenges faced by neurodiverse individuals and their families. These personal insights have fueled her passion for building systems that not only accommodate differences but celebrate them.

Before becoming the Executive Director of Different Brains, Debbi served as Managing Director at Thrive-Ability, where she led initiatives empowering young adults with learning differences. She created innovative programs focused on independence and career readiness, fostering inclusive environments and transformative opportunities.

Previously, Debbi was Vice President at Stratton Home Décor, where she built strong operational systems and championed inclusive workplace cultures. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to enhancing understanding and acceptance of neurodiversity, using her skills to drive positive change within organizations and communities alike.

Known for her compassion, creativity, and hands-on leadership style, Debbi is dedicated to ensuring that individuals of all abilities have meaningful opportunities to thrive.
