Jan Alan Brody, Esq., has been with the firm of Carella, Byrne, Cecchi, Brody & Agnello (and it’s predecessor) for his entire career. Jan graduated from Boston University cum laude in 1973 with an A.B. degree in political science. In 1976, he graduated from Boston University Law School with a Juris Doctor degree. He has had extensive experience in complex commercial, employment, environmental, and chancery litigation and also maintains a family law practice. He is a member of the American and New Jersey State Bar Associations. In the past, he has served as a Standing Master appointed by the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, as a mediator appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey, and as counsel for the Fort Lee Planning Board. Jan was chosen as a New Jersey Super Lawer in the field of business litigation by his peers in 2005 and continuously from 2009 to 2022.
